We process your entire Criminal Pardon file, provide ongoing consultations, and conduct a documentation review before submission to the appropriate authorities. This option prioritizes your application and your file is processed faster in-house by CCPS.
Time Frame: 3 to 8 months
We prioritize your file and begin your file upon receiving your payment.
Disbursement Costs $260
Below is a breakdown of the disbursements’ costs. These are government fees and additional fees required to send out a completed file.
- National Parole Board fee: $50*
- RCMP fingerprinting fee: $75
- Court fee: $20
- Local police record costs: $80
- Notarizing of 2 pieces of ID: $20
- Shipping and handling: $15
*The National Parole Board fee is currently $50 but is subject to change to $150, clients will be notified if this price changes.
FILE DESTRUCTION FEES
File Destruction $190 + GST
We will ensure that your local police destroy all photographs and fingerprints related to your charges.
File Destruction with Criminal Pardon $90 + GST
Clients obtaining a Criminal Pardon will receive a discounted rate for the File Destruction procedure.
US ENTRY WAIVER FEES
$399 + GST
Your US Entry Waiver will be completed by CCPS, ensuring all necessary documents are compiled and completed according to the US government protocol.
