Terms and Conditions

I give consent to Canadian Criminal Pardon Services on initiation of my file to perform on my behalf to acquire a Canadian pardon, and/or purge and/or file destruction from the National Parole Board of Canada, and/or a USA entry Waiver or Visa Waiver from the Department of Homeland Security.

Once I have authorized CCPS to initiate my file, I understand that CCPS will communicate on my behalf with any government agencies for the purposes of completing my file, including any police agency at all levels, courts at all levels, and the DHS.

I realize that criminal activity during the application(s) process will result in delays of my application, and that I will be responsible for any charges resulting from criminal activity that causes delays in my application process.

I understand that CCPS does not have any control on the processing time of my application by the government bodies.

I understand that the prices of the services by CCPS are for preparing my application, and that CCPS has no authorization to refuse pardons, purges/file destructions, USA Entry Waivers or Visa Waivers. I understand that the decisions rest solely with the appropriate government bodies.

I understand that the fees associated with initiating my file ($250 Canadian) are not refundable.

I understand that NO refunds will be granted on files that have been registered with CCPS.
